AyaLife

International Shipping Policy

We understand that everyone should be able to use AyaLife therefore we ship worldwide! However, international mail can sometimes result in issues outside of our control.  Rather than stopping International Orders all together, (as most companies have done), we ask that you agree to the following policy in the rare event that there is a problem.

Order Processing and Shipping

We ship all both domestic and international orders received before 1pm the same day. Orders received after 1pm are shipped on the following business day. We use Flat-Rate International Shipping which allows both us and you to track the shipment from destination to destination. The cost we pay directly to the post office is $35 USD.

(We have used cheaper shipping methods but we have found that we are unable to track packages once they leave the United States, which has resulted in lost packages and delivery times of upwards of 16-20 weeks). 

With Flat-Rate International Shipping, we are told that most orders will arrive in approximately 10 business days, however we have seen this vary from country to country depending on customs regulations.

You should receive a tracking number when your order ships so you can track your package from destination to destination. Please check your spam box if you are unable to find it or send us an e-mail.

Lost International Orders and Incorrect Address

Please make sure to verify the address before ordering as we ship so quickly that often we are unable to make address corrections once orders have been received. In the event that an international order is lost or there is an incorrect address we will replace the package for you. However, we ask that you split the costs with us by paying $35 for additional shipping costs. We will pay for the costs of the lost order, plus the replacement. 

Packages held up by customs or opened by customs

In rare occasions we have seen packages opened and examined by customs. They will test one bottle to ensure that it does not contain any illicit substances. While this has only happened a handful of times, customers have notified us that they received an opened bottle.

After speaking with the post office we are told that when this happens the bottle (only one bottle out of any given order) is tested in a controlled laboratory therefore it does not contaminate the product or make it unusable.
